Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing CPCI's S.H.A.R.E. (Sexual Health and Relationship Education) Program.
- Building relationships with local churches to increase involvement and financial support. Including, but not limited to, speaking at Masses/services, tabling at services, speaking to women's groups, etc.
- Connecting with schools and youth groups to provide chastity and other similarly related topics talks to youth and their parents.
- Gathering supporter contact information at all outreach events and sharing with Advancement Assistant who will then log contacts in Bloomerang.
- Tracking CPCI client reviews and structuring a way to effectively utilize client surveys.
- Helps build the CPCI's client story library through consistent communication with the medical staff.
- Connects donors with client needs through outreach programs such as CarePortal.
- Building the "Leaders for Life" program, focusing on increasing involvement for post-grad and young professional aged donors.
- Connecting with other pro-life organizations to increase collaboration and sharing resources.
- Managing a team of "CPCI Outreach Interns". Training them in public speaking and coordinating speaking opportunities and events throughout the community and at CPCI functions as needed.
- Collaborating with CPCI's Advancement team to share new event opportunities throughout Florida.
- Works closely with CPCI's website management and marketing firm regarding all website and SEO related tasks. Assists with writing blog content and updating the website's media page as content is received.
- Researching current pro-life, faith-based, conservative functions and acting as CPCI's representative at these functions.
- Being the liaison between clinic/clients and donors via the Care Portal to share needs and coordinate funds appropriately.
- Assisting with writing written content for CPCI's blog posts, newsletters, social media, etc.
- Sharing images/testimonies from various events and outreach initiatives with the Director of Advancement.
- Assists with developing CPCI's social media strategy and posting as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong public speaking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and basic technology skills.
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in database management and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead several projects concurrently.
- Believes in the mission and faith-statement of Community Pregnancy Clinics.
