Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will greet our families, students, and visitors, creating a warm, inviting experience at our school. The ideal candidate is a friendly, dependable presence who enjoys people and takes pride in representing our Catholic school's mission and values every day.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the welcoming face of the school by greeting visitors, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism.
• Direct visitors to the sign-in station and ensure all guests sign in and out in accordance with school safety procedures.
• Issue visitor badges as needed and confirm the purpose of each visit before directing guests further into the building.
• Monitor student arrivals, including tracking late arrivals and early dismissals, and ensure students sign in/out appropriately.
• Deliver forgotten items or messages from parents to the appropriate classroom or student.
• Receive and route mail, packages, and deliveries to the correct staff member or office.
• Support the front office team with light administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk/lobby area.
• Uphold and reflect the values and mission of our Catholic school community in all interactions.
