Job Description

The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Evangelization (Youth Ministry) is seeking an experienced youth ministry leader to join a team of 5 full-time staff members in an office dedicated exclusively to middle school and high school youth ministry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or a related field is recommended; Minimum of five years of experience in ministry with adolescents; Thorough understanding of Catholic teaching and ability to teach; Knowledge of the principles of Renewing the Vision; Organizational and management skills are required; Experience in Middle School Ministry preferred; Experience in designing digital content is a plus.
