Job Description
Our Lady of Grace Spiritual Center is seeking a warm, energetic and creative Part-Time Programming and Hospitality Associate. Driven by the mission and core values of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, this individual will cultivate an environment of peace, tranquility, and personal reflection for our guests.Key Responsibilities
• Hospitality & Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all retreat inquiries, warmly welcoming guests and fostering a deeply hospitable atmosphere. Maintain a serene space that actively supports the ongoing spiritual growth and personal reflection of visitors.
• Program Development: Innovate, design, and implement enriching new programs that align with the Center's spiritual mission.
Qualifications, Skills & Physical Requirements
• Qualifications: Strong communication skills and ability to multitask and work independently. Reliable, professional, and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Physical Capability: Ability to physically perform hospitality duties, including standing for extended periods, moving about the facility to assist guests, and comfortably lifting up to 25lbs for event setup and light refreshing of retreat spaces.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in hospitality and/or ministry is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
• Hourly Rate
• Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexibility Required: Features a flexible schedule dictated by center events, which requires some weekend availability.
