Job Description

Do you love creating order, welcoming people, and helping ministry happen behind the scenes?

Holy Trinity Catholic Church is seeking an active, practicing Catholic who is organized, dependable, and passionate about supporting the mission of the Church.

The Parish Ministry Assistant helps ensure that ministries, events, meetings, and liturgies are prepared and ready to run smoothly. This position allows staff and volunteers to focus on ministry because the details have already been thoughtfully handled.

How You'll Serve
Welcome parishioners and assist with general office needs.
Support parish ministries, events, and liturgies.
Maintain records, registrations, and communications.
Prepare materials, spaces, and logistics for parish activities.
Collaborate with staff and volunteers to help ministry flourish.

What We're Looking For
Active, practicing Catholic committed to the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Friendly, professional, and welcoming.
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work well as part of a team.
