Job Description
Preschool Teacher - St. Joseph Catholic Early Education Center is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled classroom environment. The ideal candidate will support the spiritual, academic, and social development of preschool-aged children while working collaboratively with staff and families. Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards
Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture
Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Support students' spiritual growth through prayer, religious activities, and participation in school liturgies
Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians
Collaborate with faculty and administration to support school mission and goals
Maintain compliance with licensing and diocesan policies
