Job Description

Do you have personal friendships or established working relationships with Catholic priests? Help those priests bring their communities on pilgrimage while earning additional income through meaningful work in service to the Church.

St. Charles Pilgrimages is seeking to add to our team of Pilgrimage Partners to help priests and Catholic leaders organize pilgrimages for their parishes and communities. We are looking for people whose connections come from years of friendship, ministry, or working alongside clergy.

This opportunity may be an especially good fit if you are:
- A former seminarian with friends and classmates who are now priests.
- A current or former diocesan employee with established relationships throughout a diocese.
- A parish employee, Catholic educator, or ministry leader who regularly works with priests.
- A Catholic professional or active lay leader with a substantial circle of priest friends and contacts.

Your relationships may be concentrated in one diocese or extend across the country. What matters most is that priests know you, trust you, and would welcome a conversation with you.

As a Pilgrimage Partner, you will:
- Personally reach out to priests and Catholic leaders you know about leading a pilgrimage.
- Identify leaders who have the interest, parish support, and ability to gather a viable group.
- Help interested priests choose a destination and travel dates.
- Work with our sales team to develop an itinerary and proposal.
- Follow up consistently, answer questions with our team's support, and help bring each opportunity to a signed proposal.

Our team provides the pilgrimage planning expertise and proposal support. You bring the relationships, initiative, and follow-through to help priests take the next step.

You will be a strong fit if you:
- Already know a meaningful number of priests well enough to contact them personally.
- Understand Catholic parish life and the spiritual value of pilgrimage.
- Are comfortable with sales, including initiating conversations, following up with busy priests, and asking for a commitment.
- Communicate warmly and professionally, stay organized, and work independently.

Previous experience in sales or pilgrimage travel is welcome. Established priest relationships and reliable follow-through are our priorities.

This is a commission-only position with no base salary, best suited to someone seeking supplementary income alongside an existing job, ministry, or other responsibilities. Specific commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
