Key Responsibilities

Generate Leads (The Hustle): Prospect and knock on doors in targeted Houston neighborhoods affected by recent storms.

Inspect & Assess: Perform free roof inspections to identify storm damage (we will train you on what to look for).

The Kitchen-Table Close: Meet with homeowners at their kitchen tables to walk them through the restoration process, build trust, and close the contract.

Insurance Navigation: Act as the homeowner's advocate, meeting with insurance adjusters on-site to ensure their roof replacement is fully covered.

Represent with Integrity: Bring honesty, professionalism, and Catholic virtue to an industry that desperately needs it.
