Position Overview:
ICS is seeking a passionate and collaborative Elementary Grade Teacher who will foster a love of learning while guiding students academically, socially, and spiritually. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, structured environment where students can thrive and grow in their faith and academic journey.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subject areas: Religion, Math, Reading, Writing, Science, and Social Studies
Integrate Catholic values and teachings into the classroom experience
Utilize the Responsive Classroom approach to build a respectful, inclusive community
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles
Use data-driven instruction, including MAP assessments, to guide planning and growth
Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administrators to support student success
Foster strong relationships with students, families, and the wider school community
Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including PBIS and sustainability education
Salary is based on years of experience.
