Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans to foster a love for learning
- Develop and implement individualized teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
- Nurture a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity, respect, and empathy
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
- Utilize various teaching resources and technology to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Thoughtfully engage students in the teachings of Catholicism, while fostering an inclusive environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or Pathway
- Experience or familiarity with teaching third-grade curriculum and instructional methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Dedication to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
