Commercial Cleaner

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Part - time, 3 days a week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office spaces, hallways, and common areas

Sanitize restrooms, bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces

Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed

Restock restroom and kitchen supplies

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Float between multiple locations as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience required

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations

Must maintain an active cell phone at all times for receiving job assignments and clocking in/out at job sites.

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods
