Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree, with a preference to those in social work, human services, program management, or a related field.
Experience: A proven track record of leadership in residential or homeless services.
Knowledge: A deep understanding of the complexities of homelessness and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Skills: Exceptional communication and organizational talents, ready to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our community.
Technical Proficiency: Adept with technology, using it as a tool to enhance our mission.
