Job Description
Siena Academy, a Catholic Montessori school in Great Falls, Virginia, is seeking a Classroom Assistant for our well-established Elementary community (ages 6-12). This position begins in August 2026.Siena Academy offers authentic Montessori programs that nurture the physical, intellectual, and spiritual development of children from 18 months through 12 years of age. Our Catholic identity is woven throughout the curriculum, including the full integration of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), with an Atrium connected to each classroom.
The ideal candidate is a faith-filled, practicing Catholic with a bachelor's degree. Experience with or knowledge of Montessori education and the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd method of faith formation is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and committed to supporting children in a joyful, Christ-centered learning environment.
Salary Range: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly
