Job Description
St. Bridget Catholic Community is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled Principal to lead our fully accredited PreK-8 school in River Falls, Wisconsin. We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and a vibrant school community.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong spiritual and instructional leadership for students, faculty, and staff
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Support the integration of technology into the curriculum
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, parishioners, and the wider community
Oversee day-to-day school operations in collaboration with the parish leadership
Qualifications:
Active, practicing Catholic who is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education
Holds or is actively pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Administration
Minimum of three years of experience in education
Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Possesses a forward-thinking vision for curriculum development, student achievement, and community service
