Parish Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
Credo Studios 20 hours a week Remote, US $20 to $24 per hour

Help parishes bring their community together around a film about the faith.

Credo Studios is a Catholic film distribution company. Through Credo Events, we help parishes, Catholic schools, youth ministries and Knights of Columbus councils host screenings of Catholic films. Requests are growing fast, and we need someone to look after every parish from its first question to the thank-you after the screening.

This is an entry-level role. We'll teach you our booking system. What we can't teach is parish life, so that's the one thing you need to bring.

What you'll do

- Call and email parishes that asked about hosting, and answer our phone line and inbox.

- Help hosts pick a film, a date and the right kind of screening, whether it's a free parish night, a fundraiser or a class.

- Make sure every host has their materials and streaming link, and be reachable on the day.

- After each screening, ask how it went, record it, and ask about the next one.

- Tell us what hosts find confusing, so we can make hosting easier.

- There's no sales quota. The job is being responsive: new inquiries get a reply within one business day, and every call is logged the same day.

You'll need

- A working knowledge of Catholic parish life. You know what a pastor, a DRE and a youth minister each worry about.
- Experience speaking for an organization by phone or in person, such as a parish office, a school front desk, retail or customer service.
- Clear, warm writing, good organization, and comfort learning new software.
- The judgment to say "let me check and call you back" rather than guess.

Helpful: customer service or fundraising experience, parish event planning, or a Knights of Columbus or Catholic school background.

The details

- Independent contractor, 20 hours a week, with room to grow.
- A fixed schedule within 9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday to Friday.
- $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
- Two weeks of training. Start as soon as we find the right person.
