JOB SPECIFICS

- Full-time Editor
- Bonus if we can rely on you to be on set to help with cameras/lighting or Grip
- Willingness to work flexible hours (so if we have a gig on a Saturday, you get to take off on a Friday type of thing)
- Yes, you may work from home!
- Must be willing to travel
- Can show up to production set or meetings on time
- Yes, training and day-to-day assistance provided
- Yes, you get to enter our community of creative and chucklesome teammates
- Editing commercials, promo videos, teaser marketing videos, course videos, full-length features, social media reels, short films, AI videos, faster than a speeding bullet and on schedule.
- Unlimited PTO

Experience/Skills

- 5+ years experience editing in Premiere Pro (college work can be included)
- 5+ years experience with color correction and grading (DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri preferred)
- 5+ years general production knowledge: lighting, cameras, camera lenses, special effects, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- DJI Drone experience a plus

Some bonus platforms to know:

- After Effects - simple text animations or masks
- Adobe Audition - know how to clean up audio and normalize to broadcast standards
- Asana or similar task building platform
- Slack
- Dropbox
- Midjourney a plus

Hardware required:

- Must own editing station with capabilities to edit 4k/raw footage
- Got your own camera, mic, or lights? Even better.

Salary range is $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience, portfolio strength, and technical versatility (e.g., color grading, filming, AI experience, etc.).
