Summary
Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh Catholic School System seeks a High School Madrigal Director beginning with the 2025/2026 school year. Rehearsal times to be determined with performances through the holiday season.
The ministry of the Madrigals Director involves leading, instructing the high school madrigal choir, focusing on voice development, musical education, and performance preparation, while also managing administrative and logistical aspects of the ensemble while fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and a passion for music.

Applicant must:
Have proven experience working as a choir director or vocal music teacher.
Have strong musical knowledge, including vocal skills, sight-reading, and potentially keyboard skills, is crucial.
Have excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills which are essential for managing and inspiring a choir of high school students.

All positions are contingent upon the successful completion of diocesan background check and VIRTUS Safe Environment Awareness training attendance.
