Medical Services Manager

Job Description

Lifeline of Berks County, Inc. (dba NorthStar Women's Center) is looking for an exceptional Medical Services Manager to build a Medical Services Department that will reach every woman facing an unexpected pregnancy with the medical and educational services needed to turn fear into confidence.

This position will include patient care through our FOCUS method, training subordinates in the Medical Services Department, coaching and auditing staff to ensure excellence, and creation and execution of policy with the Executive Director. The Medical Services Manager will be the liaison with the Medical Director of the organization and help create and execute our strategic plan.

The right candidate will have a current RN or BSN license and at least five years experience. The best candidate will have experience in Women's Health with an openness to learning, have amazing people skills, and be organized and professional. The ideal candidate will be a mature Christian with a love for both the Catholic and Protestant communities and a desire to make abortion unnecessary in Berks County.
