Job Description
WholeLife Authentic Care is seeking a Full-Time Pro-Life Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our team and contribute to our unique, restorative approach to women's healthcare. The OB/GYN will provide comprehensive medical services with a focus on natural, life-affirming care that aligns with the dignity and sanctity of human life from conception to natural death.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide a full range of OB/GYN services, including prenatal care, delivery, gynecological exams, and natural fertility care.
• Promote and practice fertility awareness-based methods, including NaProTECHNOLOGY and other restorative reproductive healthcare techniques.
• Engage in opportunities for community outreach, including collaboration with local pregnancy resource centers, pro-life organizations, and educational institutions such as medical schools and residency programs.
• Participate in business and patient care meetings as required.
• Uphold and incorporate the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services in all aspects of patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pro-life commitment to the sanctity of human life and the ethical standards of Catholic healthcare
• Experience with natural, life-affirming approaches to women's healthcare (e.g., NaProTECHNOLOGY, Creighton Model, FEMM) is highly preferred.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN settings, including prenatal care, labor, and delivery (2+ years preferred).
• Commitment to collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
