Job Description
Seeking passionate full-time teachers who are committed to student growth, instructional excellence, and fostering a positive, engaging classroom environment. Candidates will be responsible for designing and implementing lessons aligned with the NJ Standards, student progress monitoring, and supporting students' individual learning needs.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans.
Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning.
Use a variety of assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
Provide differentiated instruction and individualized support to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification (CE, CEAS, or Standard)
Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrate commitment to student achievement and professional growth.
