Extended Care Director
St. Eugene School, a faith-filled and welcoming Catholic school serving students in grades 3K-8, is seeking a caring, organized, and enthusiastic Extended Care Director to lead our after-school care program. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage students in a safe, supportive after-school setting
• Plan and implement fun and age-appropriate after-school activities for children in grades 3K-8
• Create and manage the weekly schedule
• Ensure that all extended care helpers follow school and safety protocols
• Handle billing and attendance records for the program
• Communicate regularly with classroom teachers, parents, and the school principal
• Maintain a positive, faith-centered environment in line with the values of a Catholic school

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate program logistics
• Creative, flexible, and dependable
• Must complete Safe Environment Training offered by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check

Part-time
Hourly

Notes
This is a part-time position during the school year, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on all regular school days. Occasional staff meetings or trainings may be required outside of these hours.
