What You'll Do
• Receive 5-8 qualified leads per day - no cold calling or canvassing is required
• Perform professional roof inspections to assess storm damage and overall roof condition
• Educate homeowners on their options and guide them through the restoration or replacement process
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners while maintaining a balanced 35-hour work week

Compensation
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

Earning Potential Example:
A team member who generates $1,000,000 in annual revenue earns approximately $150,000 per year, not including additional bonuses, incentives, and advancement opportunities.
