Customer Service Representatives (Part-Time | English & Bilingual)We are hiring both English-speaking and bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Schedule:
Approximately 20-25 hours/week. Schedules may vary by individual within standard business hours:
• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Work Location: Onsite

Overview
The Word Among Us is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with subscriptions, book orders, renewals, promotions, and general inquiries.
You will play an important role in ensuring every customer receives kind, timely, and professional support that reflects our mission of encouraging a more intimate relationship with the Lord.

What You'll Do
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
• Process orders, payments, renewals, and address changes
• Listen and resolve customer concerns with care, empathy, and professionalism
• Guide customers through our website and phone apps
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
• Support fellow team members and assist with training new staff as needed

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and learn quickly
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web navigation
• Typing and data entry proficiency; ability to multitask across systems
• Professional phone demeanor and experience with multi-line phone systems
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
Additional Qualification for Bilingual Roles
• Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English
• Ability to professionally assist Spanish-speaking customers by phone and email
• Comfort switching between languages throughout the workday
