Position Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
St John Paul II High School, a Catholic classical high school committed to academic excellence and the formation of young men and women in truth, goodness, and beauty, seeks a highly organized, personable, and mission-driven Marketing & Enrollment Assistant. This position supports the day-to-day internal operations of the enrollment and admissions department while helping create a welcoming and professional experience for prospective families.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, relational, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will play a key role in shepherding families through the admissions and enrollment process while helping cultivate a strong culture of hospitality and student engagement.
Essential Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrollment Operations
• Maintain and manage the FACTS Admissions and Enrollment database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Guide prospective families through the inquiry-to-enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Process and monitor FACTS financial aid and scholarship applications.
• Track enrollment data, application progress, and admissions metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Assist with student retention efforts and family communication initiatives.
Student Ambassador Program
• Coordinate and manage the school's Student Ambassador program.
• Train student ambassadors to represent the school professionally and authentically in alignment with the mission and values of the school.
• Foster leadership, hospitality, and professionalism among ambassadors.
Tours & Family Engagement
• Coordinate and conduct campus tours for prospective families and visitors.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for all guests.
• Assist in planning and executing admitted student events and family engagement activities.
Event Support
• Assist the Principal with Open Houses, Freshman Orientation, admitted student events, and other enrollment and community related activities such as our annual Feast Day Fest and Gala.
• Support planning, logistics, communication, and event execution.
• Assist with additional school events and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Commitment to and support for the mission of Catholic classical education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret enrollment-related information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with databases and technology platforms; experience with FACTS Admissions and Enrollment preferred.
• Experience in admissions, customer service, education, event coordination, or administrative support preferred.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time staff are eligible for medical benefits paid at 100%.
