Job Description

Position Overview:

Smart Families is seeking a faith-filled, relational, and confident communicator to serve as a Part-Time Implementation Coordinator in North Texas.

This role is uniquely focused on parent engagement and community buy-in-helping schools successfully launch and sustain the Smart Families program by connecting with parents, leading presentations, and guiding families toward participation in the Smart Families pledge.

You will work directly with the Regional Director and support partner schools across the DFW area and, as needed, the Diocese of Tyler.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support parent presentations, Family Code events, and community talks
Build strong relationships with parents to encourage participation and Smart Families pledge adoption
Serve as a liaison between Smart Families and partner schools (principals, counselors, parent leaders)
Support implementation of Smart Families programming across assigned campuses
Assist with communication and follow-up to sustain parent engagement
Travel locally within the DFW area and occasionally to the Tyler region

Qualifications:
Alignment with the mission and values of Catholic education and family life
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to parent audiences
Ability to build trust and connect with families in a relational, authentic way
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple school relationships
Willingness to travel locally as needed
Bachelor's degree preferred
