JOB SUMMARY

Regular office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

At Catholic Charities Counseling Services, we seek to enable our clients to overcome emotional and/or behavioral obstacles that prevent them from realizing their full potential. Our staff members bring compassion and clinical experience to the services provided to our clients. We offer in-person counseling at our Boise office counseling center and other areas of the State via tele-health. We are committed to serving our clients with a Christian understanding of the person, marriage, and family life, as well as each individual's culture, race, and religion.

CCI is looking to hire a caring professional to provide individual, couples, and family counseling.

The new team member will work on an independent level in accordance with their level of licensure, participate in a collaborative team environment, attend and participate in regular staff meetings, training, and individual supervision. develop and maintain professional relationships with CCI staff and uphold Catholic social teachings.

The individual will be a Licensed counselor in the State of Idaho, with the ability to work in-person and a flexible schedule including some evenings and the ability to speak and write in English required, Bilingual Spanish a plus.

STANDARDS AND PROTOCOL

Catholic Charities is an at-will employer.
Working in a fast-paced environment with priorities and plans that may change rapidly.
Will be exposed to religious ceremonies, conduct, and speech including Catholic Christian prayer and liturgical celebrations.
Will be required to adhere to established dress codes and conduct standards.
