Job Description
About Helena House TherapyHelena House Therapy is a faith-integrated, trauma-informed virtual therapy practice serving Catholics navigating life's most painful and complex seasons. We specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, scrupulosity, and couples therapy - meeting each person with compassion, clinical excellence, and deep respect for the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
Rooted in Catholic values and a sacramental view of human dignity, we accompany clients toward healing, mercy, and freedom - restoring trust in their own goodness, in others, and in God.
Join Our Mission
Are you a passionate, faith-formed therapist looking to make a real impact? Ready to be part of a mission-driven practice where your skills, values, and clinical gifts are genuinely valued and celebrated?
At Helena House Therapy, we believe that the same faith that shapes your life shapes the therapy room. We serve Catholic clients seeking faith-integrated, trauma-informed care - and we're looking for a clinician who understands that world from the inside.
Be a Therapist. We'll Handle the Rest.
At Helena House, you get to do what you love - focus on your clients. We take care of everything else: operations, admin, and a collaborative team so you never work in isolation.
Here's what we offer:
70 per client session plus paid admin time ($65,000- $136,000 annually)
10 paid vacation days + 5 paid sick days annually
Referrals to help you build and grow your caseload
Regular consultation and team meetings for support and connection
Ongoing professional development opportunities
Dedicated administrative support
A fully virtual practice - work from anywhere
Our Vision
To become a refuge where Catholics encounter healing, mercy, and freedom - restoring trust in their own goodness, in others, and in God through trauma-informed, relationship-centered care.
Our Core Values
Mercy - We believe no person is defined by their wounds, failures, trauma, or sins. Every client is met with compassion, dignity, and hope.
Human Dignity - Every person possesses inherent worth and goodness, regardless of what they have experienced or how they currently see themselves.
Relationship - People are created for relationship, wounded in relationship, and healed in relationship. Authentic connection is central to lasting change.
Clinical Excellence - We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy while honoring the whole person - mind, body, and soul.
Hope - No story is beyond redemption. Growth, healing, and restoration remain possible even in the deepest suffering.
What You'll Do
-Serve Clients: Provide individual therapy to clients navigating trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, scrupulosity, and couples concerns through a faith-integrated lens
-Collaborate: Work with the practice owner and team for consultation, case support, and ongoing professional growth
-Grow: Benefit from professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment that invests in your success
-Document: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our practice management system
What We're Looking For
-An associate-level or fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, NCC, or equivalent) in good standing
-Personal alignment with Catholic values and genuine comfort with faith-integrated clinical care
-A genuine desire to help others with a deep commitment to client-centered care
-Training or experience in trauma-informed approaches (EMDR, CPT, or similar a plus)
-Experience with perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, scrupulosity, or couples therapy a plus
-Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a supportive team culture
-Familiarity with Google Workspace and practice management software (SimplePractice or Jane App experience a plus)
