Position Overview
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School (OLPH) seeks a visionary, dynamic, faith-filled Principal to serve as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of our PreK-8th grade community. The principal is responsible for advancing the mission of Catholic education while fostering a vibrant school culture rooted in faith, academic excellence, and service.
As a ministerial leader, the principal ensures that all aspects of school life reflect OLPH's core commitment to helping students "know, love, and serve" God and others, forming the whole child-spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
With respect to the parochial setting, the principal reports to the Pastor and works collaboratively with parish leadership, faculty, and families to sustain a Christ-centered learning environment.
