Job Description

If you are a compassionate, skilled clinician who shares this integrated vision of care, we invite you to join our growing team.We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality clinical care to individuals, couples, or families. Because we serve a diverse geographic client base, we are looking for clinicians who are fully licensed to practice independently in at least one of the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine. (Note: While our main office is located in Raleigh, NC, this position offers the flexibility of remote telehealth work for providers licensed in our target states).
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Provide evidence-based individual, couples, or family therapy to clients, maintaining a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week.
Integrated Approach: Deliver care that respects and integrates Lanterna's holistic vision of the human person, honoring clients' psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
Assessments & Planning: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and track client progress over time.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and ethically compliant clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Collaboration: Participate in clinical case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and team meetings to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in at least ONE of the following states: NJ, PA, NC, VT, NH, or ME (e.g., LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Multiple state licenses are a strong plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Values Alignment: A strong understanding of and respect for Lanterna's Catholic Christian anthropology and holistic approach to human flourishing.
Skills
Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, etc.), excellent communication skills, and the technological competence required to successfully conduct telehealth sessions.
