St. Teresa Catholic School, a distinguished Catholic school in Titusville, Florida, seeks a passionate and visionary principal to lead its vibrant learning community beginning July 1, 2026. The school serves 247 students in grades PreK3 through 8.
The principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader of the school, guiding students, faculty, and staff in fostering academic excellence, faith formation, and bilingual proficiency.
St. Teresa Catholic School has served Titusville and surrounding communities for more than 60 years. Rooted in Gospel values and Catholic traditions, the school provides a Christ-centered environment that emphasizes academic excellence and the formation of the whole child.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and a strong, faith-filled leader with:
• A minimum of three years of administrative experience in an elementary school setting.
• A background in Catholic school teaching and leadership.
• State of Florida certification in Educational Leadership or eligibility for certification.
