The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Director of Human Resources & Communications Mission Team in our Office of Human Resources.
In this fast-paced environment, you would Serve on Bishop's Executive Mission Team, participating in the development of diocesan strategy and the prioritization and promotion of cross functional initiatives. Support the goals and challenges of the Diocese of Green Bay by providing services which promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of employees, open communication, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect. Seek and provide solutions to workplace issues that support and optimize the Vision, Mission, Culture and Values of the Diocese of Green Bay by the administration of the personnel programs and policies, and applicable Federal & State laws. Leads, directs, and supports the offices of Human Resources and Communications and Marketing.
We would like to see someone with a master's degree in human resource management, MBA, or related discipline preferred. Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline with 10 years related experience required. SHRM certification a plus. The ideal candidate will have solid HR knowledge, financial, and leadership skills. Possess excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, and have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be a practicing Catholic, a member in good standing of a Diocesan Catholic parish, be living consistent with his/her vocation and possess a strong faith commitment dedicated to the Gospel values and living a life of prayer and service. Must also have a valid Driver's License.
