Client Services Advocate

Job Description

Overview:
Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. Alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. Our Client Services Advocates provide direct support to clients through information sessions, follow-up calls, and complete accurate documentation of client progress.

Position Details:
-Salary: $50,000.00 annually
-Hours: Mon-Fri 8:55 am - 5:00 pm, Very Occasional Evenings & Weekends
-Work Location: Rotates between Bristol, Warminster & Philadelphia, PA

In this role, you will:
-Build trust and offer compassionate support to women in crisis
-Facilitate pregnancy tests and options sessions in a clinical setting
-Create personalized action plans and connect clients with resources
-Provide ongoing care from first visit through 3 years post-birth

Ideal Candidates:
-Are great listeners and communicators
-Are able to lead difficult conversations
-Have 2+ years of experience in direct client service or related work
-Thrive in mission-driven environments
-Are eager to be trained and supported in a clinical setting
