• This role partners with department leaders to build strong teams, promote morale, and retain top talent, while supporting compensation processes, HR reporting, and compliance efforts.
• You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team on benefits, leave administration, and policy implementation, support the operational needs of the Washington, DC office and News Division, and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

ABOUT YOU:

• You bring 5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR management, with a proven ability to coach leaders, develop staff, and handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
