Faculty Position - Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family (Lisle, IL)
Full-Time | 2026-2027 Academic Year

Chesterton Academy of The Holy Family, a joyfully Catholic, classical high school in Lisle, Illinois, is seeking a full-time teacher to join our passionate and dedicated faculty beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year.

As we enter our 12th year, we continue to grow and are accepting applications for faculty positions in Humanities (History, Latin, Literature)

Qualifications
Practicing Catholic willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Teaching experience required (2-5 years preferred)

Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons to students while following the Chesterton Academy course curriculum with fidelity. Lesson plans are provided by the Chesterton Schools Network (CSN)
• Assess, record, and maintain student progress using the school's online grading system
• Provide written assessments, reports, and references for individual students
• Collaborate with: Department colleagues and Head of School
• Participate in school in-service education and professional development sessions
• Attend staff meetings, department meetings, and other school-related gatherings
• Supervise students outside the classroom, including: Lunch periods, After-school and School retreats
• Applicants must be prepared to guide and mentor students both inside and outside the classroom, supporting a school culture rooted in strong relationships, a commitment to excellence, and the cultivation of personal discipline.
