Position Summary
Job Title Spanish Speaking Resource Manager
Classification Staff | Part Time Non-Exempt | Member of Client Services Team
Reports to Education and Operations Director
Status Part-time 20-30 hours a week; includes one evening

Primary Functions
The Resource Manager designs, manages, and strengthens client education programs and services at A Woman's Concern. These resources educate, encourage, and support clients and their families by connecting them with practical tools, services, and guidance that help them build strong parenting skills.

This role connects clients with external community services by expanding opportunities for collaboration with Lancaster County agencies that support client well-being. The role also offers internal case management for clients and supports the medical and administrative teams.

As a member of the Education Leadership Team, the Resource Manager collaborates with Directors and Department Heads to respond to the changing needs of clients.

Job Duties
Community Outreach:
o Develop and maintain a community resource network that provides clients and families with additional support opportunities.
o Maintain internal resource library. Keep client advocates trained and updated on community programs that could provide additional support to our clients.
o Create community partner programs with clearly defined criteria that allow approved partners to provide on-site educational opportunities for clients.
o Increase community awareness of A Woman's Concern's name, mission, and services to support referral growth among clients in need of medical and educational services.
o Track referrals generated through phone calls, in-person conversations, direct mail, and other outreach opportunities.
o Seek and attend community events that meet organizational objectives.
o Continuously evaluate referral sources to ascertain their alignment with our core values and mission.

Case Management and Navigation Leader:
o Review and enhance the education intake program known as Navigation.
o Provide leadership and ongoing ownership of the Navigation program and process, refining it to offer distinct experiences for clients referred from medical services and clients who come directly from the community.
o Provide Case Management Services for clients entering into the Strong Families Program.
o Offer support for expanded wellness appointment types.

Professional Development:
Pursue and participate in training and educational opportunities that strengthen the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for the position.

Administration:
o Provide support to the Patient Care Team by following up with patients who are ready to be clients and scheduling them for Navigation or EPC appointments (as directed by Patient Care Team Manager).
o Provide updates to the Office Supervisor by communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and interfacing with clients as needed.
o Consistently update reports as needed to support sound leadership decisions.
o Actively engage, support and participate in events and other needs of the ministry, staff and office.

Qualifications

Social Work experience and education preferred.

Native Spanish-speaker preferred

Physical Demands
Activities in performance of duties include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 10lbs, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, keystroking on a keyboard or similar device, talking, hearing and seeing.
