Job Description
Location: The National Shrine of Divine Mercy - IN-PERSONAbout the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and engaging individual to join our team as a Visitor Guide. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming and assisting pilgrims, benefactors, and visitors to Eden Hill, ensuring their experience is meaningful and fulfilling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general engagement and holy hospitality for all who visit the Shrine, as well as assisting with bus groups.
• Supply visitors with information about the Shrine and the Marian Helpers Center.
• Serve as primary guide for both standard and custom tours for groups and/or individuals.
• Manage stock in the Shrine Information Center.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide department support to promote the Shrine mission.
The role is a wonderful fit for someone who has a passion for the Faith and willing to share this knowledge with pilgrims. If you are an adaptable team-player willing to assist with special events and projects, this job may be for you. Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or religious engagement is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and special events.
