Job Description

YOUR ROLE
CatholicVote is seeking one Regional Field Coordinator for each of the following states: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. RFCs ensure the campaign is executed in the target states for the 2024 election. This includes recruiting and coaching Catholic Leaders while managing relationships within the targeted region. RFCs must be involved in the field, political, and operational discussions that affect their region.

The goal of every RFC is to advocate for their region and the needs of their Catholic Leaders and volunteers. Most importantly, RFCs train and coach their Catholic Leaders on the implementation of the field plan. They set the tone by leading regional team meetings, and regional team exercises, going out into the field with Catholic Leaders and involving
Leaders in the decision-making process tailored specifically to their area.

RFCs must coach Catholic Leaders in volunteer recruitment, capacity building, leading effective voter contact, data collection, and voter registration. RFCs identify weaknesses in meeting regional goals and make necessary adjustments to help the Catholic Leaders succeed.
