Social Studies Teacher - Grades 7 and 8

Job Description

St. Gabriel the Archangel is seeking a full-time faith-filled and enthusiastic 7th and 8th social studies teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate would recognize and understand the unique learning needs of middle school students. He or she would be a practicing Catholic, able to design engaging work for students to meet their varying needs, plan collaboratively with colleagues, be an effective communicator, have strong classroom management skills, and be open to professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with certification to teach middle school content areas.
Have completed Archdiocesan religious certification or be working toward completion.
