St. Joseph Academy is an independent, classical, Catholic TK-12 school that teaches in accordance with the Magisterium. We are a member of NAPCIS (The National Association of Private Catholic and Independent Schools) and ICLE (Institution for Catholic Liberal Education). Our current enrollment is 365 students. We are seeking a high school history teacher for our 2024-2025 school year. Candidates must be loyal, practicing Catholics who are motivated, organized and possess a deep love for God, others and a passion for communicating that love. A genuine affection and deep knowledge of history rounds out the ideal candidate. Training and support is provided. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience. We are located in beautiful San Diego County, just 15 minutes from the ocean.
