Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant experience in leading student programming
- Knowledgeable and supportive in word and action of the school's mission, vision and educational philosophy
- Implement mission of the school through witness
- Represent the school in a positive way on and off the school campus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Students
- Responsible for all aspects of the House System
- Supervises all club activities
- Responsible for and leads the Student Ambassadors
- Plans and leads the annual Leadership Workshop with the Executive Council and Club leadership
- Coordinates all aspects of Spirit Week including the Spirit Dance
Supports the Homecoming events
- Coordinates school dances in collaboration with Dean of Students
Schedules, plans and implements curriculum for quarterly Formation Days: Freshman Foundations, Pier Giorgio Days, Junior Days, Senior Days
- Plans and executes a student social event, The Blender

School Activities
- Works with Dean of Students to plan, schedule and coordinate activities to engage students in the school community
- Supports the Director of Enrollment with the Ambassador Program

Administrative
- Supervises and coordinates the House System
- Supervises all faculty or staff members who lead any aspect of the house system
- Supervises all club sponsors
- Supervises Campus Ministry program as needed
- Collaborates with Dean of Students as needed
- Assists with annual calendar preparations
- Working knowledge of school policies as they are articulated in the school's Handbooks

Frassati Catholic High School is a co-educational high school administered by the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia (Nashville Dominicans). Frassati Catholic opened with 46 students in 2013 and now serves 319 students in grades 9-12.
