Job Description
Christ the King High School is seeking an immediate full time foreign language teacher in Spanish for the 2026-27 school year.The ideal candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• A NYS teaching certification in secondary education OR current
enrollment in a certification program (Preferred)
• Familiarity with NYS local exam requirements pertaining to
language
• Knowledge of current educational practices and technology
(SMART, iOS, internet etc.)
• Ability to incorporate aforementioned technology into planning
and teaching
• Willingness to integrate and uphold the authentic teachings of
the Catholic Faith in their respective discipline.
• Willingness to coordinate extracurricular activities (Preferred)
• Teaching experience (Preferred)
Salary commensurate with level of education and experience.
