- Contribute tactical ideas and platform-level insights during content planning.
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with established strategy and campaign priorities.
- Write compelling, mission-aligned captions and post copy.
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, graphics, memes, etc.).
- Occasionally shoot and edit short-form video content, when needed.
- Coordinate with internal designers and team members to execute strategy and maintain brand voice across campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content using cross-platform social media management tools.

- Participate in client calls to discuss execution, performance, and next steps.
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of professional social media experience (agency experience preferred).
- Familiarity with creative editing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, or similar tools.
- Experience using cross-platform social media schedulers (e.g., Later, Vista Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Experience working within business-side platform tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable being client-facing and speaking confidently about social media strategy and execution.
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams and problem-solve proactively and professionally.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Catholic ministries, nonprofits, and apostolates preferred.
