Clinical Director, Full-Time

Guest House is seeking a doctorate level Clinical Director for our treatment center located in Lake Orion, MI. This role is accountable for the overall strategic and operational responsibility of the Guest House treatment center clinical staff and programs. This position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining best-practice clinical services for the population served and establishing and maintaining program plans, policies, and procedures consistent with current licensure and CARF Accreditation requirements. Other responsibilities include the execution of the organization's mission and vison and identifying new program opportunities.

We are seeking candidates knowledgeable of the Catholic faith with a background in residential addiction treatment and familiarity with 12-step facilitated treatment. Guest House treats Catholic Clergy, Men and Women Religious, and Seminarians from across the country and worldwide.

We are a residential facility treating clients experiencing substance use, mental health disorders, behavioral addictions, and trauma. We provide treatment seven days a week consisting of holistic treatment services. More information on Guest House can be found on our website; GuestHouse.org.
