The Couple to Couple League (CCL) is a Catholic nonprofit ministry dedicated to inspiring, educating, and supporting couples in family planning that is natural, effective, healthy, and fully consistent with God's plan for life, love, and marriage. For over 50 years, CCL has equipped couples to live out their vocation to marriage with confidence and joy, sharing the gift of Natural Family Planning (NFP) in parishes, dioceses, and communities around the world.

The Position:
We are seeking a mission-driven Ministry Consultant Representative to join our ministry team. This is a pivotal role within CCL and responsible for strengthening current relationships and cultivating new relationships through outreach and engagement effort. This is more than a sales role-it is a chance to help bring God's beautiful plan for marriage and family life to more couples by partnering with dioceses, parishes, and Catholic organizations.
The ideal candidate will have personal experience with Natural Family Planning, a heart for the Catholic Church, and the drive to form strong relationships that expand access to CCL's classes and resources.

This position can be remote eligible depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach -
o Inspire and invite diocesan and parish leaders to bring CCL classes to their communities.
o Share the beauty and effectiveness of NFP with decision-makers through phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings.
o Proactively engage dioceses, parish, other communities and other partners through outbound calls and emails to identify challenges they are facing and recommend appropriate tools and programs to help.
o Support new partners with onboarding and ongoing relationship care.

Relationship Building/Community Engagement
o Build meaningful partnerships with Catholic organizations that share our mission.
o Represent CCL at Catholic events, conferences, and ministry gatherings.

Administration Support
o Meet company goals by expanding the reach of CCL's programs in dioceses across the country.
o Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with all customers (current, past and potential leads) using the company's CRM Software.
o Report monthly on key statistics.

Qualifications:
• Required: Experience with the Sympto-Thermal Method of Natural Family Planning (personal or professional).
• College degree preferred but not required.
• A natural communicator who is comfortable inviting others into mission.
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, or ministry development (preferred).
• Self-starter with the ability to set goals, stay organized, and follow through.
• Strong influencing skills, can build a compelling case that benefits the customer
• Willingness to travel occasionally for ministry and relationship-building.
• A strong alignment with the values, mission and principles of the Catholic Church, general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations, and possess deep empathy for both Catholic and Non-Catholic users of CCL Classes and products.
