What You'll Do
• Begin with hands-on training to learn our process and approach
• Schedule and lead homeowner appointments
• Use an honest consultative sales method that puts people first
• Enjoy a 40-hour work week while building meaningful client relationships

Compensation
Hourly + Commission

Actual Monthly Earnings Example: For 160 hours of work, a representative who generates 30 inspections, secures 10 signed agreements, and closes 7 approved insurance claims at $25,000 each would earn $20,000 for that effort.
