Job Description

St. Stanislaus Kostka School is a Pre-K to 8 private, Catholic school looking for a talented individual to take on the role of full-time Computer Science/Middle School Writing teacher.

Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
*Using a variety of instructional techniques, including project-based learning to ensure that students are engaged
*Creating a classroom culture in which students enjoy learning computer science, keyboarding, and become proficient in the use of the Google platform and other web-based programs
*Working directly with the principal and other school personnel in the development and implementation of the computer curriculum
*Maintaining the school website and various advertising platforms
*PowerSchool knowledge preferred but not required
*Internal networking knowledge preferred but not required
*Jav Smartboard knowledge helpful but not required

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Technology or Computer Science
*New Jersey State Teaching Certification, preferred
*Technology Certificate, preferred
*Google Classroom certification preferred, but not required. Knowledge and experience to assist students and faculty in using the Google platform.
