About the RoleAs a Staff CPA, you'll help deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services to multiple clients across different industries. You'll work directly with business owners and leaders, providing accurate financial reporting, actionable insights, and value-driven recommendations. This role offers mentorship, professional growth, and the opportunity to become a trusted advisor in an environment that values discipline, clarity, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Accounting & Advisory
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and supporting documentation for a diverse client base
• Perform precise reconciliations (bank, credit card, and accounts) and maintain general ledgers
• Provide proactive, consultative recommendations that help clients improve performance and plan for growth
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and strategic planning for multiple clients
Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with senior team members to develop customized solutions for client needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business owners, vendors, and internal team members
• Share knowledge, best practices, and process improvements to elevate team performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting (CPA license or active pursuit required)
• 0-2 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or tax (internships count)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software (experience with multi-client platforms a plus)
