Teachers Needed for 8th Grade, 2nd Grade and Kindergarten

Job Description

Incarnation Catholic Academy actively seeking elementary and Middle school educators in the K, 2, and 8th grades program for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. We are dedicated to finding candidates who are deeply committed to Catholic education and possess the expertise to craft dynamic and immersive learning environments for our students. Our ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with our instructional team and administration. Additionally, we seek educators who are proactive in partnering with families, fostering professional and supportive relationships to enrich the educational journey of every child.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the New York State standards, utilizing a variety of techniques to motivate, challenge and engage students.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes academic growth, character development, and spiritual formation.
Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and to accommodate various learning styles.
Establish clear expectations for student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Communicate standards, achievements, and deficiencies through email, phone calls, conferences, and an electronic grade book on a consistent basis
