Job Description

We are currently seeking a Risk Management Assistant to join our team in Omaha.Position Overview
The Risk Management Assistant plays a key role in supporting the administration of our Risk Management Program. This includes coordinating on-site inspections, managing compliance for Self-Inspection programs, and tracking School Safety Surveys. You'll also assist with customer service for our online training platform and help coordinate CUP and CUP II programs.
This role involves preparing and assembling training materials-both digital and hard copy-including brochures, manuals, posters, and more. You'll also provide clerical support for meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, distributing materials, and arranging travel and meeting logistics. Occasional travel may be required, including to locations outside Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and track on-site inspections and School Safety Surveys
• Monitor compliance with Self-Inspection programs
• Assist with customer service for the online training platform
• Coordinate CUP and CUP II program logistics
• Design, print, laminate, and assemble training materials
• Provide clerical support for meetings, including agenda prep and minute-taking
• Arrange travel and meeting site logistics; attend meetings as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of clerical experience
• Strong technical skills in organization, computer use, typing, filing, and telephone communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
