Job Description
St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church and School in Medford, is seeking a part-time Spanish teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Our school is vibrant with approximately 380 students enrolled in PreK-8th Grades.The part time Spanish teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing Spanish lessons for PreK-3rd grade. Successful candidates will have teaching experience, demonstrate an understanding of best educational practices including differentiated instruction, and be committed to a Catholic education.
Minimum qualifications include holding an N.J. Spanish Teaching Certificate and having 21st century technology skills. Consideration will be given to someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, has a college degree, has experience working with children, and is willing to investigate certification. Successful candidates will be subject to fingerprinting/background check and will also have to attend Virtus training.
